Daniel has been working in and around real estate for the past 15 years, first in new construction, and then as a REALTOR^®. His career as a licensed agent began in 2016, and in the first 4 years of his business, because of his skill and care, he was able to grow his business more than 400%. His passion for real estate stems from his own personal drive and commitment. He realized early on that homeownership is the best avenue for creating long-term financial wealth. To Daniel, finding a home is not a simple matter. It involves careful analysis and strategy to find and create a space that you can make a home, AND build equity as you move forward in life. So many of Daniel’s past clients have been able to amass large sums of money from selling to move up or invest into the rental market. Jumping into the market in this incredible city is the way to achieve your dreams.

When Daniel is not meeting with clients, showing homes, or working hard to make his clients’ dreams a reality, (besides of course dancing), he can be found enjoying sweet tea, tearing through the mountains of Tennessee on an ATV, or relaxing on the golf course and spending an afternoon with friends.

Working in real estate has been Daniel’s own dream come true. His mission is to help others achieve their own.
